These terms apply to the free app setup-call service offered by Olivia Builds Apps, a trading name operated by Velo Labs Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”). By requesting or taking part in a call, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@oliviabuildsapps.com.

1. What the free service includes

The free service is a live setup call intended to help you choose a starting point, set up or review a Base44 account and understand possible next steps for your app.

It is not a promise to design, build, publish, operate or market a completed app for you. The exact assistance depends on your idea, readiness, account access and the time reasonably available during the call.

2. Base44 and other third-party services

Base44 is an independent third-party app-building platform. Paid plans or other third-party costs may be discussed, but no purchase is required to request the call and you decide whether to buy. We may receive a commission if you subscribe through a recommended link. The provider controls its prices, features, availability, account decisions and refunds.

3. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide accurate contact information, use the service lawfully, protect your accounts, independently review any recommendation and remain responsible for your app, content, customers, subscriptions, taxes and compliance. Do not provide passwords or payment-card details to a caller.

4. Contact request

Submitting the form requests a call from us or our authorised setup team about your app setup and Base44. You can withdraw the request at any time or ask not to be called again. A requested time is a preference, not a guaranteed appointment or response-time commitment.

5. No launch, approval or income guarantee

We do not guarantee a completed app, App Store approval, publication date, downloads, users, subscribers, revenue, profit or any other result. Outcomes depend on your decisions, execution, market and third-party platforms. Nothing on the site or call is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

6. Availability and liability

We may refuse, reschedule or stop a call where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, capacity or misuse. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for a third-party service’s acts, omissions or availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. General terms

If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while you retain any mandatory rights and forum protections available where you live.
