We use information to validate and deliver your setup request; route it to an authorised setup specialist; contact you at the requested number; recommend relevant app-building steps or third-party tools; prevent fraud and spam; measure advertising; maintain consent and business records; and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Calls, texts and email

Submitting the form asks us and our authorised setup team to call you about your requested app setup and Base44, including available paid plans. We may send a service message about the request where permitted. You can withdraw the request, ask us not to call again, reply STOP to a text, or email us. Future promotional messages require any consent required by applicable law.

4. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use necessary browser storage and may use Meta and Whop measurement technologies to understand visits and lead submissions. These services may receive device, browser and event information and may use cookies. Browser and platform settings can limit this tracking.

5. Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably needed with our authorised setup and sales team and providers supporting hosting, security, analytics, advertising, contact records, calling, email and SMS. This may include GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Meta Platforms and Whop. Base44 is a separate third-party platform; if you create an account, its own terms and privacy policy apply.

6. Retention, security and international transfers

We retain setup and consent records while needed to deliver the request, handle claims, comply with law and suppress further calls when requested. We use reasonable safeguards, though no online system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country using legally recognised safeguards where required.
